Purpose of the service

GotAlotToSay provides communication-practice, collaboration, progress and support tools. It is not a diagnostic service, medical provider, emergency service or substitute for individualized professional judgment.

Accounts and authorization

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials and using participant information only within their authorized role. Access to another participant's information must not be shared or used outside the permissions granted.

Professional and school use

Educators, clinicians and organizations remain responsible for their own professional, legal, licensing, recordkeeping and institutional obligations. GotAlotToSay does not direct clinical care or replace school or professional policies.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, misuse participant information, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person or use the service to exploit, harass or harm a participant.

Availability and development

Features may change as the product develops. Pre-release, pilot and development functionality may be modified, suspended or removed. No particular clinical, educational or communication outcome is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

GotAlotToSay branding, software, interface designs and platform materials are owned by or licensed to RCO Communications LLC except where otherwise indicated. Users retain rights they hold in content they lawfully provide, subject to permissions necessary to operate the service.

Final legal terms

Additional provisions covering warranties, limitations, disputes, governing law, payment and organization-specific agreements will be finalized before general commercial deployment.
