Who operates GotAlotToSay

GotAlotToSay is a platform of RCO Communications LLC. The platform is being developed for families, participants, educators, schools, therapists, SLPs and other authorized support professionals.

Information the platform may process

Depending on how the service is used, information may include account and contact information; participant profile and communication preferences; activity, journey and progress information; consent and permission records; organization and support-team relationships; device/session information needed to operate and secure the service; and optional milestone audio or video when the applicable feature is enabled and authorized.

Why information is used

Information is intended to operate accounts and participant experiences, personalize communication-support activities, show progress, coordinate authorized support teams, maintain consent and audit history, secure the service, respond to support requests and improve the platform responsibly.

Sensitive media

Microphone and camera capabilities are designed for designated activities and authorized use, not constant background monitoring. Optional saved milestone media is intended to use private object storage and permission-controlled access. Media features will remain subject to applicable consent, retention and deletion controls.

Sharing and access

Participant information is intended to be shared only with the account holder, guardian, participant or support-team members who have appropriate authorization and permissions, plus service providers necessary to operate the platform. GotAlotToSay is not being designed to sell participant communication data or use child communication data for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

Retention will vary by data type, account relationship and applicable organizational requirements. The platform is being designed to support removal of participant data and media, expiration of unreviewed captures, and revocation of professional access. Final retention schedules will be documented before broad production use.

Schools and organizations

School or organizational deployments may require additional agreements, notices, role controls and retention practices. GotAlotToSay does not claim that every deployment automatically satisfies a particular institution's legal or procurement requirements.

Changes and contact

This policy will evolve as features and deployment models mature. Material changes should be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, renewed notice or consent.
